Mango Curry Shrimp

) I host a lot of nerdy parties, you know the ones, and there is nothing better than coming over to watch all of Avatar the Last Airbender (three day marathon) to get you prepped for quick snack making! This is my favorite quick food to make.

Ingredients:

VH Mango Curry Sauce
Shrimp
Spring Garden Mix OR (separately chosen) Peas, Baby Corn, Water Chestnut, Broccoli, Cauliflower, mushrooms, Peppers, Carrots - pretty much any collection of vegetables you like.
Oil
(Spices I put in, optional)
Coriander
Curry
Cayenne
Nutmeg
Black Pepper

1) Shuck the shells (take off the shells) from the shrimp.

2) In a skillet or pan, grease it with the oil and put your Spring Garden Mix and Mango Curry Sauce in for 10 mins over medium heat - stir occasionally.

or

Steam or boil your chosen vegetables until they are the desired texture. Then put them in a pan and add the Mango Curry Sauce. Wait until the sauce starts bubbling, then turn the heat down to Low (1 or 2)

3) Add Shrimp, and any additional spices you want. Wait for 15 mins for the whole thing to simmer and thicken.

4) When you have a bubbling mass of deliciousness, turn the heat off and scoop into a bowl.
